Leanne-You welcomed us with your warm personality and helpful demeanor. I knew right off that you were thoughtful and kind because you offered to bring the paperwork to my Dad and also to return to pick it up once he was done. Now this might seem like small thing, but to a person who has horrific back pain it was HUGE-it meant my Dad could sit and be comfortable & wouldn’t have to get up and down from the chair more than necessary. You also came and sat with me and checked on to make sure I was ok while waiting for Dad. Most offices don’t have staff that do that-you are special and in doing so you helped put me at ease and just made me fee… ” Andrea Daye, RN
