I knew right off that you were thoughtful and kind because you offered to bring the paperwork to my Dad and also to return to pick it up once he was done. Now this might seem like small thing, but to a person who has horrific back pain it was HUGE-it meant my Dad could sit and be comfortable & woldn’t have to get up and down from the chair more than necessary.
